The intermediate frequency power supply of the tube expanding machine is installed at the front end of the equipment, and the intermediate frequency induction coil is placed on the coil adjusting frame, and the coil can be adjusted up and down, forward and backward. The pipe will rise to a certain temperature with the heating temperature, resulting in plastic deformation. The pipe can be expanded by pushing forward along the outside diameter of the mandrel.
The controllable silicon, intermediate frequency coil, reactor and other components of tube expander need circulating water cooling. Some of the electrical control of the tube expanding machine is installed in the total control cabinet, the tube expanding machine is installed at both ends of the trip switch, push the plate in place, active parking.
